The second one is regular exercise.
Since all of us are stuck at home due to the pandemic, adequate exercising can increase your overall health and your sense of well-being. Exercising may also help to reduce the negative effects of stress, helping your body and its systems practice working together through, say, fight or flight response. This can also lead to positive effects in your body—including your cardiovascular, digestive, and immune systems—by helping protectyour body from the harmful effects of stress.
The last piece of suggestion is to control your workload.
