Covid-19 lockdown has many people staying at home which also brings great pressure to them due to the lack of a daily commute and public entertainment. Both mental and physical life suffer. Therefore, maintaining your physical and emotional health is crucial at this very time.

This can also lead to positive effects in your body—including your cardiovascular, digestive, and immune systems—by helping protectyour body from the harmful effects of stress.
The last piece of suggestion is to control your workload.
Work plays a big role in our lives, but it’s important to have a sustainable work-life balance, especially if you’re working from home while also trying to take care of your children. If you feel that your work has been increasing your stress levels, please avoid long-hour- working and any additional responsibilities, and learn to say ‘no’ more often.
