Refunds for Regular Orders

Refund time limit
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@dowan.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address by email.

Please do not return items to the original shipping address. We will share the appropriate return warehouse location after confirming your return.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How often will we refund you?
We will refund you in 2 business days after our warehouse received your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Refunds for Wholesale Orders

1.Full Refund
Within the first 10 days after placing a wholesale order, if Dowan fails to prepare the goods for the wholesale order, and the wholesaler requests a cancellation with a refund, Dowan will provide a full refund of the total amount paid.


2.Partial Refund
If Dowan has prepared the goods for the wholesale order and the wholesaler still wishes to cancel, Dowan will only refund 40% of the product amount (excluding shipping fees).
Cases involving paid shipping fees:
(a) If Dowan has not paid the shipping fees to the shipping agent, the shipping fees will be fully refunded to the wholesaler.
(b) If Dowan has paid the shipping fees to the shipping agent but the goods have not been shipped yet, Dowan will negotiate with the shipping agent for the refund of shipping fees, and any loss incurred will be borne by the defaulting party, i.e., the wholesaler.


3.No Refund
(a) In transit cases:
After Dowan has prepared the goods for the wholesale order and they are already in transit, if the wholesaler requests a cancellation, Dowan will refuse the refund.
(b) Not in transit cases:
If Dowan has already paid the shipping fees to the shipping agent and the agent has been designated by the wholesaler, and the wholesaler still wishes to cancel, Dowan will only refund 20% of the product amount after recovering the paid shipping fees. Otherwise, Dowan will not provide any refund and will blacklist the wholesaler, as such behavior may be considered fraudulent. Dowan will contact its legal team to take necessary actions to prevent fraudulent activities.
