I bought the Dowan Wedding White Porcelain Ramekins to add to the 3 I already had. Previously I had made chocolate Pot-a-Creme using the 3 ramekins as well as 3 additional ramekins I had that didn’t have lids. I noticed the Pot-a-Creme in the ramekins without the lid, while tasting the same as the lidded ones, the surface had a somewhat mottled appearance, whereas the Pot-a-crème in the lidded ramekins were perfectly smooth and shiny. I liked the aesthetic enhancement provided by the Dowan ramekins.

Wedding White Porcelain Ramekins with Handles & Lids - Set of 4

This is my review for the DOWAN 10 oz Ramekins with Lids Oven Safe, Porcelain White Ramekins for Creme Brulee, Souffle Dish, Stackable Ramekins with Cover and Handle for Baking, Set of 4, White. I wanted a ceramic or glass baking set that was safe to use in my air fryer oven. This set was perfect for that. They are small and fit well even in dual air fryer ovens that contain dividers which limit space even further. I baked in these dishes and reheated food. They are perfect. The highest heat setting I used was 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I really like the quality and perfect size of these baking dishes. And the selling point for me was they included the matching porcelain lids for a complete set - not a cheap plastic lid or worse, no lid at all. Thanks! Great set ??
