I like the product except for one feature. The hole at the bottom seems a bit large. A couple of times when I poured in the hot water, the bottom of the conical filter tore open and all the coffee and water dropped down into the cup in a flash. Perhaps you could consider making 3 smaller holes in the bottom to allow better support for the coffee filter, and yet let the water flow quickly enough so I don't need to wait too long for my coffee. Thank you.
