How to make a delicious creme brulee?
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
- Pour the 80g sugar and a little vanilla extract into 800g milk, heat and stir until melts.
- Whisk up 6 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks with the blender.
- Stir the egg mixture while pouring the milk to make it evenly mixed.
- Pour this mixture into the ramekin dish and fill the baking pan with hot water. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking every 10 minutes after 35-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle a thin layer of the light sugar on the top of each. Use a kitchen blowtorch to evenly melt and caramelize the sugar.
